Signs it is time to stop
Discipline is the whole point of FRZN. If any of these describe you, stop wagering and reach out to the helpline above.
- You are betting money set aside for rent, food, bills, or debt.
- You are chasing losses — increasing stakes to get back to even.
- You are borrowing, selling, or hiding money to fund wagers.
- You are lying to family, a partner, or friends about how much you bet.
- Wagering is interfering with work, sleep, or relationships.
- You cannot stop when you decide to stop.
How we expect members to operate
- Set a bankroll before the week starts, and treat it as a hard cap.
- Size every play as a fixed percentage of that bankroll. No emotional sizing.
- Never add money mid-week to recover a losing stretch.
- Judge results over a season, not over a Sunday.
- Treat a losing week as data, not as a debt to be settled.
Tools that actually work
- Deposit, loss, and time limits inside your sportsbook account.
- Self-exclusion programs offered by your state gaming regulator.
- Blocking software for gambling sites and apps.
- Handing bankroll control to someone you trust.
Closing your FRZN membership
You can cancel anytime. If you email [EMAIL] and tell us you want your membership closed for gambling-harm reasons, we will cancel it and confirm in writing. We will not pitch you to stay, offer a discount to keep you, or market to you again. If you ask us to remove you from all FRZN communication, we do that too.
21+ only
Membership requires that you are at least 21 years old and legally able to gamble where you are. Underage gambling is a crime. FRZN Sports is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers.
