Terms of Service

FRZN Sports (“FRZN,” “we,” “us”) is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], a company formed in [STATE], with a mailing address at [ADDRESS]. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

A subscription to sports information and analysis, delivered to members (currently by direct message on Telegram). We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, broker, or hold wagers, and we never handle your betting funds. Nothing we send is financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome.

• ✓You are at least 21 years old.
• ✓You are legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction.
• ✓You are responsible for complying with the law where you are located.

The checkboxes at signup are your representation to us. They are not identity verification, and we do not verify age or location.

Membership is billed weekly in advance to the payment method you provide, and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes we are required to collect. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details.

“$9.95/week locked for life” means: as long as your paid membership stays active and uninterrupted, we will not raise your weekly rate. If you cancel, let the subscription lapse, or a payment fails and is not cured, the founder rate ends permanently and any future signup is at the then-current price. The lock applies to your rate, not to the existence, format, or contents of the product.

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing and your access continues through the end of the week you already paid for. We do not prorate a partial week. Email [EMAIL] if you need help cancelling.

Because the product is delivered information, all sales are final except in one case: if we charged you and failed to deliver the membership content for that period, we will refund that period. We do not issue refunds for losing picks, losing weeks, or dissatisfaction with results.

• ✓Your access is personal. Do not share, resell, republish, syndicate, or redistribute picks or member content.
• ✓Do not scrape, automate, or bulk-export our content.
• ✓All FRZN content, branding, and marks remain our property; you get a limited, revocable license to use them personally.
• ✓We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with no refund beyond the unearned period.

We may change, pause, or discontinue the service, its delivery channel, or its features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use after that date is acceptance.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRZN is not liable for any wagering losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRZN and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your use of the service, your wagering activity, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [STATE], and you consent to that venue. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class action.
